Since the weather seemed to be a nationwide problem, I finally purchased and viewed "An Inconvenient Truth" about global warming. It came out in 2006 and some of the predictions seem to becoming true. I know it has made me want to recycle everything. Also, get a copy of "Inside Job", a documentary tracing the financial crisis. Since I'm a native Houstonian, the heat doesn't bother me as much as others. Why should it? I move from my air conditioned home to my air conditioned car--its like I live in a bubble.
